Network Images: The networks offer 4 kind of images options for you can use:
1) Logos. Display on your Organization page. Logos can be any proportion, but need to be less than 700px in width and less than 200px in height and smaller than 110 kb in weight. They are uploaded from your computer directly through the Organizational function's "add a logo" Logos are uploaded through Admin Controls> Account> Organizations> Edit organization Logos
2) Pictures in outgoing messages & in descriptions add interest to your actions and articles. You'll need a link from another website or an uploaded GIF, PNG or JPEG picture file from your own computer to make your own link. This will give you a url that will allow you to post as a link most any place. This is great for portrait aspects and JPEG flyers. Upload pictures in Admin Controls> Resources> Uploads> Upload file
3) Thumbnail or Site Images illustrate the home page and detail pages. Select from over 1100 images linked to the tags or, if you'd like, or add your own. These need to be 1.5 by 1 so the computer converts them to 510 pixels wide by 340 pixels high. If they are larger or smaller, it's okay as long as they are in proportion. Admin Controls> Resources> Images> Upload Site Image
4) Images as resources. Are found in Resources on the top navigation bar, on display for anyone to see, use and copy. Please make sure there are no copyright restrictions on their use. Add images as resources here Admin Controls> Resources> Resources> Add a Resource.
To add a thumbnail site image to your posting:
